Post Birthday Post

Thanks again to all who sent birthday greetings! Had a nice day. I knew it was going to be good when the first e-greeting that showed up in email was from the practice that administers my colonoscopies. What a sweet bunch of gastroenterologists! Greetings, of course, poured in from all corners of the globe. Well, OK, one from California and one from the UK, but it's the thought that counts. My dearest Poopsie gave me a fun card, a couple of little presents, and this great t-shirt:

Went out to lunch at my favorite French place and had hearts of palm salad and cassoulet. Yummy!

Then went for a pleasant drive down the George Washington Parkway toward Mt. Vernon and the Fort Hunt Park.
