  1. I was unaware that the Hamster had started a blog.

    Interesting.

    No one told me.

    I may weep.

I may have to talk the Guinea Pig about setting up a site.....

  2. Oh Idgie, don't weep! I was simply swept away by the clamor of the masses for leadership and good order. It all happened so suddenly! I figured visitors to other blogs would notice that a link to the site began appearing on my comments (on those sites which have that sort of info pop up in the comments). Care to apply for an appiontment? I can always like make you "Despotess of the South" or something.

  3. PS: I'd of course be happy to give the Guinea Pig a place at court. I have several rodents in high places.

  10. for Kel: Through careful negotiations. Little Bob, our ambassador, was most instrumental. France is, of course, an ally and not under direct Hamster control - but it was well worth the annual tribute in pastries L. Bob negotiated.

for Idgie: If you send me the fine rodent's name, resumé, and a pic, I'll be happy to consider it!

  11. oooh, send Bob back to negotiate for chocolates - the lovely infused ones . . .

  12. Can we get France's wine too? Mrs. Squirrel really enjoys a good Chateau Lafite. Since I travel as much as Woodchuck, any offerings i can bring back to the nest will make my little squirrel life all the better.
Side note, I have procured a fine selection of '98 hazelnuts for the cause.
