I was wondering the same thing, does the sign imply that Penguins are slow moving creatures or that they are just slow?
ReplyDeleteI find them to be very engaging and fun myself.
The fast penbguins cross further down the road, closer to home. Since they're faster, drivers need less warning time. We think of everything.
